Job Description


  • Assist Operations Manager on the floor in service operations.
  • Assist in manage F&B and daily operations of restaurant outlets in accordance to company standards and budgeted guidelines.
  • Display and always maintain excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
  • Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
  • Responsible with ordering, receiving, inventory of goods and restaurant promotions
  • Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules for staff and recommendation of better policies and procedures.
  • Provide two-way communication, motivate and nurture staffs to have teamwork while taking ownership of their role.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Report to management regarding sales results and productivity.


Requirement

  • 3 years experience in restaurant service
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Ability to multi-task and delegate task efficiently to team.
  • Communication and leadership skills.
  • Guest-oriented and service-minded
