Job Description
- Assist Operations Manager on the floor in service operations.
- Assist in manage F&B and daily operations of restaurant outlets in accordance to company standards and budgeted guidelines.
- Display and always maintain excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
- Responsible with ordering, receiving, inventory of goods and restaurant promotions
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules for staff and recommendation of better policies and procedures.
- Provide two-way communication, motivate and nurture staffs to have teamwork while taking ownership of their role.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Report to management regarding sales results and productivity.
Requirement
- 3 years experience in restaurant service
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Ability to multi-task and delegate task efficiently to team.
- Communication and leadership skills.
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
