Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Salary: SGD 3500 - 4500
Location: Central, Singapore
:
- Create staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffing- Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary- Address customer needs, comments, and complaints- Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards- Report on financial performance, inventory, and personnel
Job Requirements:
- Experience in high end restaurant / serving high end customers- Able to work during weekends or Public Holidays - Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Excellent leaderships skills- Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed
Compensation:
- Basic salary + AWS + meal allowances ($10/day)- Working hour: 10.30am - 3.30pm, 5pm - 11pm, closed on Sun and Mon- Benefit: 14 days annual leave, increase by 1 day year by year- Birthday leave 1 day- Medical coverage- If late time work require transport, it can be claimed from company
