Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Outlet Manager to lead daily floor operations and maintain excellent service standards
  • Collaborate and lead the team in developing and executing plans to achieve monthly targets
  • Generate marketing ideas and business development for the outlet
  • Manage outlet human resource, training, logistics and administration matters, including rostering and team welfare
  • Ensure relevance and up to date training and SOPs, providing training and guidance to new or junior team members
  • Champion the maintenance and upkeep of outlet facilities, facilitating maintenance and improvement works where necessary
Requirements
  • Being in the Hospitality/F&B lifestyle with 3 years in a supervisory role and a proven track record of managing sales and operations
  • Working and communicating with various and external partners
  • Keeping things running smoothly, swiftly, and in order
  • Having a high level of service standard and understands the importance of the guest experience
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Hospitality / Retail Management
  • Proven work experience as Restaurant Assistant Manager / Hospitality Assitant Manager
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Financial Management skills
