Key Responsibilities

Assist the Outlet Manager to lead daily floor operations and maintain excellent service standards
Collaborate and lead the team in developing and executing plans to achieve monthly targets
Generate marketing ideas and business development for the outlet
Manage outlet human resource, training, logistics and administration matters, including rostering and team welfare
Ensure relevance and up to date training and SOPs, providing training and guidance to new or junior team members
Champion the maintenance and upkeep of outlet facilities, facilitating maintenance and improvement works where necessary

Requirements

Being in the Hospitality/F&B lifestyle with 3 years in a supervisory role and a proven track record of managing sales and operations
Working and communicating with various and external partners
Keeping things running smoothly, swiftly, and in order
Having a high level of service standard and understands the importance of the guest experience
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Hospitality / Retail Management
Proven work experience as Restaurant Assistant Manager / Hospitality Assitant Manager
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills
Customer service oriented
Financial Management skills
