Reponsibilities
- Managing the company\xe2\x80\x99s relationships with current customers and building relationships with potential clients to generate new business
- Meeting with clients to determine their needs, discussing products and services, and closing deals
- Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for growth, including identifying new markets for existing products or developing new products for untapped markets
- Coordinating with warehouse and shipping staff to ensure that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a sales team, including hiring, training, motivating, and disciplining members
- Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that there is sufficient stock of items that are likely to sell quickly
- Diploma / Degree holder in any qualification
- Min 3-4 years of relevant working experience preferably in the electronic manufacturing industry
