Core Responsibilities
Training Program Development: Assess training needs, design, and develop engaging training materials and programs tailored to organizational goals.
Training Delivery: Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees.
Evaluation & Improvement: Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to enhance learning outcomes.
Collaboration: Work with department heads to align training programs with specific business needs and objectives.
Compliance: Ensure training programs adhere to legal and company policies.
Key Duties
Needs Analysis: Identify training gaps within the organization.
Curriculum Design & Development: Create relevant training content addressing business objectives.
Training Coordination: Schedule and conduct training sessions.
Performance Tracking: Maintain training records and track employee progress.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality audits and implement improvement plans.
Coaching & Mentoring: Provide support to employees and junior trainers.
