We are currently seeking an AVP, Fund Services, Wealth Solutions, to be based in Singapore.Descriptions:
- Assisting in client / fund onboarding process
- Implementing and maintaining process controls within the team
- First-line compliance and KYC screening
- Processing of relevant administrative work
- Handling periodic payments/subscriptions/redemptions
- Ensuring clear flow of information between various parties (internal and external)
- Liaising with multiple professional parties (lawyers, auditors, fund admin, etc.)
- Able to work with short deadlines for time-sensitive projects
- Good presentation/data management skills preferred – Word/PowerPoint/Excel
Requirements:
- Positive and willing learner
- Team player with good communication skills
- Meticulous and detail orientated
- Analytical mind with problem solving skills
- Proactive and resourceful
- Knowledge and experience on VCC related Fund structure with 3-5 years of experience
- Strong sense of accountability and responsibilities for owning issues through to resolution
- Prior experience in fund administration/fund structuring/audit experience/operation within an asset management company preferred
- CPA or equivalent is an advantage
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin as the role is required to communicate in this language
