HSBC Digital Business Services is a pivotal part of the Group, providing essential operational and technical support to our global businesses and helping improve customer service and efficiency. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President, Lending Services - Digital Business Services.

Principal Responsibilities

• Manages the activities within Lending Services so as to maximize the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of the team. Ensures that service level agreements (SLAs) with the businesses are consistently met and that customer service levels are of a continuously high standard
• This involves managing the team onshore in Singapore as well as working with GSC teams supporting Lending Services in meeting the SLA for the business and interacting with the vendors involved in all the fulfilment related processes
• The objective is to deliver efficiencies through simplification, re-engineering, etc for sustainable saves and to be in line with the global standardization concept including compliant and control in the processes

Requirements

• A university degree is a minimum requirement or at least 4 years in managerial position
• Experience in managing a team and good interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of operational processes, a strong analytical mind and related regulations is required
