Job Description
:
- Training
- Coordinate and schedule all training-related plans and activities. Ensure that all registration and confirmation to the store are implemented as planned.
- Handle SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) training grant application & support programs related to HR & training.
- Generate and present training reports regularly.
- Update the database regularly.
- Handle enquiries from stores pertaining to training matters in an efficient and timely manner.
- Perform administrative works (e.g. Training calendar/ memos/ Attendance/ Evaluations/ Document submission etc.
- Customer Service
- Assess service statistics (VOC Zendesk/ Medallia) and prepare reports.
- Prepare and disseminate updates for the various customer experience management (CEM) platforms.
- WSH
- Follow up on WSH-related visits gaps closure by stores.
- Prepare and disseminate WSH-related materials to stores.
- Ops Excellence
- Generate and prepare reports for Check Expiry Thursday (CET)/ Operation Excellence (OE) related matters.
- Diploma and above
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral communication)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/ or Google Sheets, Doc, Slides)
- Proficient in Canva will be advantageous
- Good follow-up skills
- Meticulous to details
