Key Responsibilities:
Financial Data Processing and Analysis: You will be responsible for the accurate spreading, processing, and organization of financial information related to the credit portfolio. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure the integrity of our data.
Rating Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of clients\' business and financial profiles to prepare accurate credit ratings. You will play a key role in managing the ratings validation process, contributing to the precision of our credit assessment.
Risk Approval: Analyze proposals from the Front Office, including new deals, renewals, modifications, and waivers. You will provide recommendations based on your analysis and lead risk approval processes both locally and globally.
Portfolio Monitoring: After approvals, closely monitor borrowers\' utilization of credit limits and identify potential credit issues. Your recommendations and actions will contribute to maintaining a healthy credit portfolio.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline from a recognized university. CPA or CFA qualifications are advantageous.
3-5 Years of Credit Analysis Experience: You should have a strong background in credit analysis and proposal preparation, covering a diverse range of clients including MNCs and mid-cap companies. We also welcome candidates with shorter experience who exhibit exceptional soft skills and a positive work attitude.
ASEAN Market Experience: Candidates with prior experience in ASEAN markets will be preferred due to the unique dynamics of the region.
Financial Analytical Skills: A strong aptitude for financial analysis is essential to excel in this role.
Presentation and Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills will be highly valued, as you will need to convey complex financial information effectively.
Soft Skills: An entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work independently, a collaborative teamwork attitude, and flexibility are essential attributes for success in this role.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
