Job Description



Managing incoming indent and event orders form HANA/SAP which includes creating of quotation, creation and upload of sales order, create purchase requisition order, buyer portal ordering Updating weekly sales and food cost on excel spreadsheet Preparing of slides for weekly weekly sales report Updating HSE bi-weekly report Check and ensure that the monthly GTO report is correct Printing and updating of all event order sales and indent Compilation of billing summary and purchase orders Attend weekly coordination meeting Liaising with internal and external supplier and maintaining a good relationship with them Any other duties assigned by superior

Job Requirements



Basic Computer literacy Understand food ingredients Able to work with numbers Able to communicate in English and Mandarin as the role will need to liaise with Mandarin speaking chefs Experience working in the F&B industry is a plus * HANA SAP System experience is preferred
