Work with IT functions to secure and acquire data from relevant data sources
Assist to generate complex dashboards, Reports, Scorecards, Visualizations and Adhoc reports according to the requirements in various reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Administer systems, systems migration, organize and archival of data in the associated artefacts and generate projects or performance reports (in BI visuals or newsletter format etc.) for circulation.
Assist with the effort to streamline and automate all analytics reporting process automation.
Assists with the migration of existing reports to automated dashboards.
Assist to organize information and support the initiative to build information architecture for knowledge management and sharing.
Assist to do research on relevant industry technologies, good practices, processes, and solutions that could enable performance management.

Other Prerequisites
Proficient with Advance Microsoft Excel & other Microsoft Office programs (MS Teams, Sharepoint etc.)
Fundamental knowledge in SQL, Python, data visualization tools & dashboarding technologies (i.e. Power BI / Tableau / Qlik etc.)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills suited for management and peers.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate with across teams.
Ability to consistently meet deadlines, while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Effective at planning and managing own workload and ability to split time between reactive tasks and planned project work.
