In this newly created role, we are looking to communicate & embed brand education, standards & thinking into the day-to-day delivery across all team members with consistency & clarity.

As a hospitality brand operating at the highest levels of luxury we are looking a leader who can foster a strong brand-centric culture within the organization, ensuring that employees understand and embody the brand\'s values, principles, and organizational behaviours at every level of our organisation. By leading the implementation of our newly developed brand education initiatives & continuously contribute to enhancing the overall brand reputation and alignment.

Job Scope

  • Develop a comprehensive brand education strategy that aligns with the organization\'s overall brand strategy and goals deliver brand education programs, workshops, and training sessions for employees at all levels of the organization. These programs may cover topics such as brand values, brand positioning, brand voice, employee experience and customer experience.
  • Develop a customised curriculum for leaders, managers and team members pitching at various levels of learning domain that requires different instructional style to achieve the learning outcome.
  • Foster a strong internal brand culture and ensuring that employees are engaged and aligned with the brand\'s goals. This involves developing internal brand communication strategies, organizing employee engagement initiatives, and creating opportunities for employees to provide feedback and contribute to the brand\'s developments.
  • Developing and maintaining brand guidelines that provide clear and consistent direction on how employees should represent and communicate the brand as well as how it should be represented across various touchpoints. They also oversee the enforcement of brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency and protect the brand\'s integrity.
  • Collaborate with various departments, such as marketing, communications, human resources, and operations, to align brand strategies and initiatives. Work closely with these teams to ensure that the brand is effectively integrated into all aspects of the organization\'s activities and initiatives.
  • Continuously measure and evaluate the impact of the internal brand assets. Monitor key metrics, collect feedback, and make adjustments as needed to optimize the effectiveness of the assets and ensure alignment with the organization\'s evolving needs and culture.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and relevance of internal culture-building events and activities, and the impact on employee morale and brand perception. Suggest enhancements by introducing new event formats, themes, or content that align with the brand values and objectives.
  • Manage organizational change related to brand development and culture. Work closely with leadership to drive cultural transformation and foster positive work environment aligning the organization\'s values and behaviors with the brand\'s identity.
  • Support employee advocacy programs by encouraging employees to become brand ambassadors and represent the brand\'s values both inside and outside the organization. Oversee leadership development programs to cultivate strong leaders who can champion the brand and its culture.
  • Align with HR talent acquisition, development and recognition programmes to elevate brand equity as the ideal brand employer.
  • Catalyze every planned initiative with insight, focus & hold the whole team accountable to the wider business & brand vision
  • Be a confident ambassador of our team to senior stakeholders, capable of consulting with leaders across departments, originating ideas & bringing the wider IR along the journey
Job requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in education, Marketing, Hospitality, organizational psychology or related field preferred. Master\'s degree is a plus.
  • DACE (Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education), Advanced Certificate of Training and Assessment (ACTA) or similar certification for curriculum design.
  • Minimum eight years\' experience in Learning and Development.
  • Minimum ten years\' experience held in hospitality industry in Supervisory/Management position.
  • Proven experience in brand education, internal communications, culture management, or a related role within an organization.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, organizational culture, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Is a natural storyteller who inspires others with excellent writing, verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training and workshops.
  • An obsessive attention to detail when it comes to brand execution and understands the scale of operational delivery.
  • Ability to translate complex brand concepts into simple and engaging educational materials.
  • Strong project management skills to plan, implement, and evaluate brand education initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset to gather and interpret employee feedback and engagement data.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms for internal communications and learning management systems is preferred.
  • Passion for brand culture, employee development, and organizational excellence.
  • Bias for action, able to work with independently with minimal supervision.
