About the Role
This is a high profile sales role to pioneer and grow our Internal Corporate business in terms of annualized premiums and VONB, in line with our strategic ambitions to maximize the opportunities within our Corporate Solutions (\'CS\') accounts.
As part of this ambition, international corporate business will include international life , serving high net worth and global talents. The role has product responsibilities including product proposition, product development, policy wordings and marketing collaterals.
What You\'ll Be Doing
Sales & Marketing
The role is channel agnostic but will work closely with the Direct & Broker teams in ensuring that AIA capabilities are presented to clients. The expectation is that this is done no less than on a weekly basis.
The role holder will also strategize & develop new business channels such as international corporate and keyman insurance.
The role holder has product responsibilities, including ownership for premier international medical and international life insurance.
To support activities/events to deepen and foster good business relationship with customers and all distribution channels (e.g. seminar, health talks, HR networking, corporate events, festive goodies, diary etc...)
Upon closing an account, the role holder is responsible for a smooth onboarding, employee communications and premium collection. Thereafter this will be handed to the renewal team for servicing.
