Description
:
- Investigating and rectifying errors or discrepancies with various laboratory departments to ensure accurate billing to customers
- Liaising with System Vendor to ensure completeness of system interface of billable test data for accurate billing
- Performing reconciliation on the test count quantity to ensure completeness in billing and data processing
- Ensuring accurate and timely payment posting in the relevant systems. Support as one of the main point of contact to external customers in addressing invoice queries and payment follow up
- Assisting in other projects or tasks as assigned by supervisors, targeted towards achieving SGH\'s priorities
- Min Local Diploma in any Accounting/ Business or equivalent
- Accounting related working experience will be an advantage
- Proficient in SAP, IT Systems and Microsoft Application
- Min 1- 2 years of exp
