Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the setup of internal and external reporting systems and processes relating to banking business
- Manage the accounting close process for the banking business to ensure high quality accounting accuracy, timely and meaningful reporting, and compliance to local GAAP, US GAAP, SEC and SOX requirements
- Track and monitor actual KPIs and financial performance against budget / forecast
- Identify key business drivers and provide insightful analysis to help the business to grow top line revenue and manage costs
- Identify opportunities for process and controls improvements and execute on them to raise operational efficiency and enhance quality of reported financials
