Why This Role Is Valuable Ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial information and monitoring of day to day matters of the Special Purpose Vehicles owned by the Blackstone Real Estate Funds investing across Asia. How You Add Value (including but are not limited to) Deal Onboarding: . Work with team lead to keep track of deliverables for acquisition support . Prepare acquisition funds to flow through the deal structure . Prepare summaries of critical activities from acquisition documents . Prepare closing cost & working capital schedule as part of the deal acquisition Deal Management: . Prepare funds capitalisation file as per deal structure & tax requirements . Review quarterly management accounts for projects under your allocation . Review quarterly valuation deliverables to Blackstone like NAV, Debt valuation and Cash Analysis . Manage working capital and closing cost as part of quarterly reporting . Review of funds transfer documents, ensuring all considerations are met (e.g., bank details, bank balances, interests, bank charges, cut-off timings) . Coordination of funds transfer to ensure smooth execution . Confirmation and settlement of FX trades working closely with treasury teams . Analyze cash flow requirement in each project and finalise distribution amount every quarter . Prepare solvency test and ensure compliance with legal requirements as part of the distribution . Prepare ad hoc capital movement through the deal structure . Prepare summaries for key financial transactions (including JE booking) . Analyze quarterly NAV fluctuation for stakeholders . Perform intercompany reconciliation with JV Partners/Platforms/ Service providers . Manage external financing linked to the project: Draw, interest payment, repayment, covenant compliance . Review/ Prepare financial statements(including consolidation) of entities under your allocation . Ensure timely approval of invoices on the accounting system Deal Disposition & Liquidation: . Support team lead in asset disposition activities like preparation of funds flow, tax review coordination . Prepare a working capital schedule for entities under liquidation Other Responsibilities . Assist with continuous improvement initiatives for all financial reporting processes . Liaison with back-end (COE) teams and Blackstone finance teams across Asia . Ad hoc project work. What You Bring to The Role . Bachelors (or equivalent) in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics . 2-3 years of relevant professional experience . Private Equity Real Estate, Fund Administration experience beneficial . Team-player who can also work independently . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills . Language: Fluent in English Chinese or Japanese beneficial but not mandatory . Proficient user of Microsoft products Perks for You . Vacation / Annual Leave .
