We are partnering with one of the giant tech firms in Singapore and they are in immediate need of an Associate-Policy for a 12-months contract assignment to help with managing DOI programs in the Asia We are partnering with one of the giant tech firms in Singapore and they are in immediate need of an Associate-Policy for a 12-months contract assignment to help with managing DOI programs in the Asia-Pacific region with a strong focus on South Asia. Successful candidates will think creatively about the threat of dangerous groups and individuals and how programmatic interventions can reduce these threats on our platforms. Responsibilities: . Curate Dangerous Organisation and Individuals(DOI) policy/ programs in APAC . Manage and coordinate the implementation of DOI programs with internal and external stakeholders . Effectively manage the contracting and budgeting process for all DOI programs . Identify potential partners for DOI programs in APAC . Quantitatively measure the effectiveness of DOI programs . Rapporteuring for internal cross-functional meeting Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in public policy, international relations, political science, business, or related field. 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably within non-profit, academia, or policy environment Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Experienced in managing programs to counter hate and extremism Fluency in Hindi language is a must as you will need to communicate with stakeholders in India for the upcoming program which is launching in India Interested candidates may apply through the application system or send to [HIDDEN TEXT] .
