Job Description

You will be part of the ZALORA Singapore Logistics Team, reporting to the local Logistics Manager. Your main responsibilities would be, being directly responsible for Third Party Logistics and in-house delivery fleet performance, data analysis, identifying opportunities and driving projects for continuous CX and Cost improvement. You will be presenting projects to management on project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for identifying opportunities and drive projects for continuous CX and Cost improvement
• Streamline processes and establish best practices for first mile, last mile, and reverse logistics performance management
• Review and control Logistics costs for third-party and in-house delivery fleet
• Expand the array of services offered by our in-house delivery fleet
• Work together with our Product team to enhance in-house OMS and LMS functionalities
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the flawless execution of projects
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Report and escalate to management on project/s progression timely
• Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Data Analysis on projects scoping and improvement projects
• Perform other related duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree in any field. Preferably in Logistics or business-related fields.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related fields
• Experience in Project management.
• An analytical profile with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience in data analysis and Excel is strongly preferred
• E-commerce industry knowledge is an advantage.
• An excellent team player and communicator
• Committed to meet deadlines and always striving for excellent results
