The suitable candidate to join Corporate & Research Affairs, Corporate Administration
General Administrative Support:
a. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the departments.
b. Handle correspondence, prepare documents, and manage office communications.
c. Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
d. Assist in the generation of iThenticate Reports.
Office and Pantry Management:
a. Ensure the office and pantry are well-stocked and organized.
b. Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and pantry items.
c. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and pantry supplies.
Calendar Scheduling:
a. Manage and coordinate calendars for senior management.
b. Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
c. Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure timely reminders.
Goods Receipt Officer:
a. Verify received goods against purchase orders and perform goods receipt in a timely manner.
b. Ensure proper documentation of goods receipt performed.
c. Coordinate with the requestor and procurement team for any discrepancies.
Travel Arrangements and Booking:
a. Book flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services for work trips for senior management and staff.
Event Organization and Logistic Support:
a. Assist in planning and organizing events, meetings, and conferences.
b. Provide logistic support for events, including registration and ushering.
