* Act as one point of contact for people and HR matters * Responsible for the full spectrum which includes employee life cycle management, talent acquisition and retention, compe Act as one point of contact for people and HR matters Responsible for the full spectrum which includes employee life cycle management, talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits administration, employee engagement, performance management and learning and development. Establishes and leads the recruiting and selection process which include sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing etc Drive and align HR initiatives and functions with business objectives Bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Payroll Administration Computation and monthly payroll and prepare management payroll report Submission of CPF contributions and payroll reports to the Finance Handle the administrative and payroll tasks related to maternity leave, childcare leave, food allowance, insurance, and annual leaves Annual filing of IR8A Preparation and follow up yearly external and internal audit procedure and audit meeting Participate in interviews related to audit Requirements Degree in Business Admin/Human Resources Management or equivalent. Min 5 years of working experience in HR with at least 1 years of managing a team. Ability to work with all levels of colleagues, including senior stakeholders. The hands-on person that is proactive, resourceful and able to multi-task Strong organisation skills and work disciplines, ability to complete tasks within required time frames and respond effectively under pressure.
