Core responsible in course administration, includes but not limited to, scheduling, registration, billing and generate of monthly reports. Course Administration
  • Prompt respond and follow-up on customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries;
  • Generate quotation, course registration, confirmation letter, attendance list and billing advice in a timely manner;
  • Manage and coordinate class bookings to optimize the allocation of training resources;
  • Training Management System, eLearning system and Website content update and maintenance;
  • Assist in producing relevant reports on regular basis to support training performance management; and
  • Support Operations Unit on course delivery matters.
  • Planning of monthly course schedules to best suits customer\xe2\x80\x99s training demand while maximizing training resources.
  • Processing Training grants and claims from SSG.
  • Ensuring all admin related records are maintained properly for organization\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
Support sales and marketing
  • Support and keep good relationship with existing customers
  • Support marketing outreach and sales promotion initiatives;
  • Market scanning on latest training development and promotion;
  • Generate and follow up quotation / tenders;
  • Support in organizing ASPRI\xe2\x80\x99s s seminars, events and career road shows; and
  • Assist in payment collection and AR tracking; and
Suppliers Management
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring the performance of outsourcing partners and vendors, to ensure service standards
  • Managing stocks and inventories of office stationaries, toiletries and cleaning supplies
Quality Management
  • Maintain, track and monitor requirements under the training quality management system and audit requirements.
  • Ensures the compliance with relevant ISO standards and guidelines related to quality management, social and environmental responsibility in sustainable manner.
Statistics Reporting
  • Monthly tabulation and tracking of training headcounts and training hours
  • Monthly tabulation of trainer\xe2\x80\x99s honorarium to submit to Finance.
  • Generating of training headcounts and training hours according to individual company\xe2\x80\x99s request.
Key Job Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
  • Diploma with at least 5 years of working experiences or
  • Fresh graduate with minimum O level qualification may apply if willing to learn and contribute;
  • Strong adaptability skill, able to work independently as well as in a team;
  • Strong communication skills with good customer service aptitude;
  • Able to perform under tight deadline and pressure;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT applications; and
  • Must be able to work in evenings and weekends on rotational basis
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month Benefits:
