Job Description


Reporting to the General Manager, the Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the assigned Airline’s Principal in formulating creative and innovative business strategies, implementing and monitoring sales, distribution & marketing activities within Singapore. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining the highest level of rapport between the business’ various stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Conduct effective sales orientation activities and meticulously follow up to optimize sales materialization to achieve the realization of assigned revenue targets, KPIs and other business objectives.
  • Create, develop and pursue business opportunities to strengthen sales through creative marketing and innovative partnership with the stakeholders including but not limited to Destination Tourist Boards, Travel & Tour Operators and Leading Wholesalers & Consolidators.
  • Build the optimal network of key trade partners to distribute client’s product in Singapore.
  • Providing a thorough competitive landscape of the market in relation to the positioning of client’s product. Provide weekly reports and monthly presentation.
  • Identifying the different funnels and the correct stakeholders to be on board onto an education process of the travel community of Client’s products and services.
  • Organization of Sales Mission, familiarization trips and events. Conducting product seminars and presentations, travel agent educational sessions, and sales calls.
  • Meeting the yearly revenue and result targets set by the management.
  • Manage an efficient and well-organised database/CRM system.
Your Key Skills and Knowledge:
  • Diploma / Degree with at least 5 years of working experience in related field. A good track record in the sales function of airlines or travel agencies would enjoy obvious advantage.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Results driven with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and presentation skills, marketing and persuasive skills.
  • Self-initiative, ability to prioritise and plan effectively.
  • Advantageous for candidates with prior experience in Travel Industry related business development role.
  • Outstanding business acumen with sound numerical, analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, eager and success driven team player with ability to interact with people at all levels and in a multi-cultural working environment.
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organised individual.
  • Ability to work independently and provide strong team leadership to spearhead multiple projects in a fast-paced business environment.
