Position Purpose
  • To design, develop and deliver training programmes at the APAC Campus to help build and enhance the competencies of our employees across the APAC region.
  • Establish strategic partnership with specific business lines on training needs and all matters relating to training for the respective populations.
Key Responsibilities

Programme Management:
  • Consult and engage with key stakeholders (internal and external) to identify learning needs and propose the right learning solution
  • Develop, design and deliver high impact and fit-for-purpose learning solutions for our employees
  • Propose customization and improvement for existing programs
  • Source for and select appropriate trainers (internal or external) that will deliver the necessary programs
  • Liaison with external providers to negotiate cost effective learning solutions
  • Execution of training programs on campus and off campus
  • Work on suitable pre and post programme initiatives to ensure embedding and effectiveness of the training solutions.
  • Prepare regular feedback evaluation reports
  • Administrative follow-up in terms of programme logistics, training materials and nomination of participants.
  • Work closely with the Territory L&Ds to bring appropriate trainings to the countries to help make training offerings more accessible to the local populations
Partner to business lines:
  • Be familiar with the scope of specific business lines
  • Have a macro view on the overall training needs of the business
  • Work with the business to develop, where appropriate, and update learning paths for the staff
  • Actively follow-up with the business on specific training initiatives or training needs
  • Contribute as a coordinator between these business lines and other program managers on training matters
Transversal Activities
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders through planned meetings, conference calls and collaboration work and contribute to the success of projects involving a learning element
  • Maintain a network of best in class training providers and share with the L&D Community within the region
  • Contribute to the communication strategy of the campus through articles posted on newsletters and company websites
Competencies (Technical / Behavioural)
  • Strong experience within L&D in designing and delivering high impact programmes
  • Project management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills (basic statistical techniques)
  • Evaluation techniques (Kirkpatrick model)
  • Knowledge and usage of e-learning design and delivery
  • Knowledge and usage of LMS or HRIS
  • Microsoft office - Excel & Powerpoint

  • At least 5-8 years of experience in Learning & Development in a multi-national organization with strong preference to MNC Banks.
