• Work closely with product teams to drive performance through provision of insightful analysis and highlight areas of opportunities and risks.
• Involve in performance management and business planning process (including annual forecasting and budgeting).
• Build simulation models for product pricing and balances to facilitate business decision making.
• Understand business issues & opportunities and partner with Product and Business Analytics team to gather insights, develop and propose solutions.
• Be subject matter expert in product related data.
• Involve in the preparation and storyboarding of management review decks for investor relations, business review and forecasting / budgeting slides.
• Monitor and manage expenses and headcount for Deposits and Payments team.
• Work with Finance on monthly reporting of financial results including flash submission, ensuring accruals are up to date and actual results are in line with expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance and MIS in financial institutions.
• Conversant with MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of QlikView and data analytical tools would be of advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and keen eye for details. Must be comfortable handling huge amount of data.
• Able to make sense of business drivers and understand how these drivers translate to financials.
• Independent and has strong stakeholder management skills.
• Confident communicator with strong verbal, written and presentation skills
• Resourceful in problem solving with strong execution abilities
