We are currently looking for a AVP / VP of Property Management for a leading industrial real estate player in the region, who will bring onboard with him/her knowledge on Sustainability, Energy efficiency and Innovative technology to add value to the properties under management. He/She will be able to work with a world class team to be set up for success, and will also enjoy an attractive remuneration package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review existing property management operational standards, processes and
- Drives alignment and consistency of property management operational
- Develop and implement innovative programs, operational standards, processes
operations, and increase productivity
- Leverage data and new technologies to drive continuous improvement and
also seeking financial efficiencies throughout the entire portfolio
- Provide property management support to internal stakeholders for acquisitions
- Participate in GRESB assessment, sustainability & green initiatives and
properties
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)/ Real Estate / Facilities /
- Minimum 10+ years’ relevant experience in property management
- A self-driven team player with good planning, organizing, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
