Need to have experience in MIS workforce management or experience in Workforce automation system
Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions in a WFM context
Proficiency in automation tools and technologies, such as Qlix sense, RPA platforms, scripting languages and workflow automation tools
Job Responsibilities
Identify and implement automation opportunities in the WFM system
Develop, integrate, and maintain automated workflows for scheduling and reporting
Collaborate with IT and WFM teams for seamless automation integration
Monitor and optimize automated processes for improved efficiency
Resolve issues related to WFM automation systems and provide staff training
Stay updated on industry practices and technologies for WFM enhancement
