\xc2\xb7 Ability to adapt the training programs to business circumstance (local)

\xc2\xb7 Possesses expertise on the various training topics being delivered

\xc2\xb7 Excellent listening and public speaking skills

\xc2\xb7 Skills and knowledge in the different techniques in training / Has the ability to stimulate engagement of trainees

\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge in information technology to explore the use of electronic training opportunities, including development of multi-media training programs (where feasible and appropriate)

\xc2\xb7 Assess the Commercial training requirements of affiliates in the zone and coordinates with APMO department in-charge (Operations and Specialties)

\xc2\xb7 Works closely with all stakeholders and departments involved for the training delivery

o Affiliate: MDs, HRs, Training, and Commercial / Lubricants Directors

o Zone (APMO): DOs, Business Heads, Deputy DOs, Business experts, HR + TEMAPME Accounting, etc

o Group: One B2B Team, Lubricants Training, Global Lubricants, LPG and TLS-

\xc2\xb7 Organizes all the Sales Academy courses in APMO (with specific sessions in the country where local language is necessary) in close coordination with TLS

\xc2\xb7 Able to facilitate DMS (Distribution Management System) training, as part of the transfer from TLS to the zone trainer

\xc2\xb7 Organizes coaching sessions when needed in coordination with the regional and Company experts

\xc2\xb7 Assists the affiliates and promotes the e-learning trainings thru LubsInstitute and LIFP for Lubricants (particularly in India, Pakistan and in China) works with Lubricants Training and the zone

\xc2\xb7 Assists to facilitate training requirement on special projects (i.e. LiZZY (learning Platform), Sales Tool Kit)

\xc2\xb7 Participates and coordinates the B2B Sales Performance trainings (with One B2B) and ensures the affiliates are engaged

\xc2\xb7 Engineers training modules for B2B, Lubricants and Commercial in collaboration with the business experts in the zone and in the Company

\xc2\xb7 Maintains/Updates training records of all B2B, Lubricants and Commercial sales in accordance to the training plans - sales tracker

\xc2\xb7 Prepares a training report after every training (including e-learnings) - to be shared and sent to the MDs and all the stakeholders, including the Business Solutions Training

\xc2\xb7 Be able to detect requirements for projected short term training actions or for more long term continuous trainings within the APMO zone (on specific affiliates)

\xc2\xb7 Adapts and creates actual training modules (as required) for the APMO perimeter (localize the modules\' contents to the zone) in coordination with the metiers

\xc2\xb7 Coordinates and assists the affiliate\'s trainers in determining their annual training plan (evaluation of needs, organization) - Internal Trainer Program

\xc2\xb7 Assesses the need to standardize certain way of doings in Commercial, if necessary and coordinates with the Business experts (i.e. QAS standards)

\xc2\xb7 For very specialized trainings and projects, coordinates with Lubricants Training or with the B2B Team for possible experts interventions

\xc2\xb7 Assists to inform the affiliates on the training process and identification of training needs

\xc2\xb7 Assists in the yearly APMO Training Calendar planning and coordinate with all stakeholders on the Training Calendar for the year

\xc2\xb7 Prepares a quarterly training report, including a summary of all trainings conducted at the end of the year

\xc2\xb7 Implements Train the Trainer on identified Lubricants/B2B training courses

\xc2\xb7 Works with the APME regional team on local trainings and webinars under the Specialities Division - ensures they become part of the Lizzy catalogue

  • Permanently immersed in a working environment with which the job holder is familiar with, the job holder will attend the different entity meetings and conventions on regular basis
  • In a geographical perimeter that is rapidly and dynamically changing, the job holder will have to constantly stay in contact with the department heads in charge and with the business experts within the zone to keep updated on the business different activities
  • The job holder must also effectively manage the issue of language differences especially in countries where English language comprehension is limited
  • The job holder will manage the full year training schedule program in coordination with all the concerned affiliates, as identified in the Training calendar (in close coordination with all the stakeholders - Specialties, One B2B, Lubricants Training in France, TLS and the affiliates to ensure delivery of the training requirements)
  • The job holder must have strong knowledge on Lizzy and its features/functionalities
