1. Product Development: Support fast iterations of TikTok Search business and further enable the product growth.
2. Performance & Stability: Build a fast and robust Search product by keeping optimizing system performance and improving service stability.
3. Search Engineering Infrastructure: Guarantee reasonable Search architecture governance to ensure that the overall system operates smoothly.
4. Search offline processing: Construct a high freshness multi-media index and provide a reliable offline data support for Search Engine.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Final year or recent graduate with computer science, software engineering, information technology or related majors;
- Proficient in back-end technologies
- Familiar with backend mainstream frameworks.Preferred Qualification
