Job Description

1. Be responsible for the staff scheduling and material management of the store; lead the store staff to achieve the business indicators of the store, and do the work such as cash collection, record keeping, inventory checking and account reconciliation; 2. Conduct the statistics, sorting, analysis of business data, prepare reports and submit them to the superior leaders on time; 3. Maintain the brand image of the store in accordance with the company's requirements, carry out daily work such as product display and staff training; 4. Mobilize the sales enthusiasm of the staff and create a good working atmosphere; 5. Be responsible for the cost control of the store; 6. Arrange the cleaning work; 7. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior leaders.
