Job Scope:
Able to produce bread/buns on schedule
Assist in preparations of bread and other items
Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products
Monitoring, checking, and receiving stocks for baking ingredients
Responsible to maintain the premises of the baking area in a neat and hygienic manner
Practice good housekeeping & workplace/kitchen safety awareness
Ensure compliance of all food safety standards in bakery functions
Assist in ad hoc duties as and when required
Be responsible for the staff scheduling and material management of the store
Maintain the brand image of the store in accordance with the company's requirements, carry out daily work.
Be responsible for the cost control of the store;
Complete other tasks assigned by the superior leaders.
Requirements:
Prefer a minimum of 1-2 years and above of bakery work experience
Physical fit and able to carry heavy stuff
Ability to read and follow recipes
Possess baking skills
Good organizational skills
Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations
