Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bakery operations, including product quality, staff management, and sales performance

Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Bakery Manager or in a similar supervisory role (F&B industry preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Good understanding of bakery operations, product handling, and quality control
Able to work independently and manage a small team effectively
Positive attitude with strong customer service orientation
