Bank Business Analyst
Location: Changi, Singapore
Duration: 12 Months (renewable)

Job Details:
Qualification and Knowledge
- Any Degree of general practice
- BPM (Business process management) Knowledge
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, functional design and project management
- Experience in Loan, FX and Deposit
- Capability to write technical specification document or codes (Good to have)
- Drive the Application Functional Roadmap and provide function solution
- Act as a requirements product owner, maintain product back log.
- Experience to write / consolidate / reveiw the document like: User Story, Business Requirement Definition, Functional Specification, test scenarios and cases.
- Maintain, review Functional Documents via requirements traceability matrix to ensure end to end delivery completeness.
- Review technical specification document and source code from vendor
- Plan and conduct user training, workshops.
- Enforce continuous compliance with technology governance standards.
- Track record of successful project execution and implementation.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills.
- Managing or participating in Agile, Waterfall methodologies.
- Stakeholder Management
- Provide production support
- Able to lead cross-workstream(s) and off-shore vendor delivery team(s)
