Job Description

The C&C Architect will participate in the overall program of work, with particular emphasis on migrating the following platforms:

• Skype for Business Infrastructure
• Avaya Enterprise Voice Infrastructure
• Avaya and Verint Call Recording Infrastructure
• AudioCodes SBCs and associated SIP Trunks

• Gain an understanding of the existing C&C systems in the Bank
• Generate high-level strategic plans to address relocation of services.
• Develop detailed Solution Architectures for proposed replacements, using the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s standard documentation
• Understand and apply the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s architecture principles
• Present Solution Architectures to Bank\xe2\x80\x99s internal architecture teams and gain approval

• Minimum graduate degree from a recognized university in a related discipline
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in a Solution Architect role as the person responsible for the entire Solution Architecture. Will have been the Lead Architect on such projects.
• 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Collaboration & Communication technologies, in particular:

• Skype for Business
• Avaya Enterprise Voice
• Verint Financial Compliance
• Experience with the following will be considered advantageous:

• Microsoft Teams
• AudioCodes (SBCs, ARM)
• Strong documentation skills are mandatory. Should have demonstrated capability to author technical documentation, create diagrams etc. This role requires a substantial amount of communication, and quality documentation is essential.
• Communication Skills:

• Comfortable presenting to other teams of experts in the Bank
• Self-starter, capable of working without direction
