Job Description
The Opportunity:
- Permanent Role
- Structured Training will be provided
- Growth opportunities within 1-2 years
- Monitor and respond to incoming calls/emails/social media platform/written correspondences
- Coordinating with other bank employees to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Updating and maintaining customer account information.
- Performing other administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant banking regulations and guidelines.
- Degree, no experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other financial software programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
