As a customer service officer representing the bank, you will interact with business banking customers from diverse backgrounds, delivering efficient, high-quality, customer-focused service to enhance their banking experiences.Job Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to incoming calls/emails/social media platform/written correspondences
Coordinating with other bank employees to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Updating and maintaining customer account information.
Performing other administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant banking regulations and guidelines.
Job Requirements
Degree, banking call centre experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other financial software programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
