Job Description
- Able to perform bar duties
- Manage the flow of food and orders to ensure smooth service during operations
- Understand and master the workflow of the kitchen and bar area
- Stock ordering for the bar area
- Handle guest feedback
- Conduct opening and closing duties
- Lead staff in taking care of a particular section
- Ensure cleanliness standards of outlet and work safety is always observed
- Perform side duties
- Good Attitude and willing to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and able to multi-task
- Required to lift heavy items
- Required to work shift - on weekends and PH
