Roles and Supporting Responsibilities

Provides smooth and efficient service at the Bar/Restaurant ensuring that standards are met at all times.
Presents menu/drinks list, answers inquiries, and provides recommendations to guests after assessing their needs and preferences.
Ensures a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of food and beverage items, equipment, and other facilities. Clears and resets counters or tables.

Job Requirements

At least 2 years of operation working experience in a bar/related field.
Excellent customer service skills and friendly.
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
A team player that communicates effectively with all employees.
Able to commit 6-day work week, including Saturdays and public holidays. Location \xe2\x80\x93 Walking distance from Outram Park or Maxwell MRT Station.
