Barista / Cafe Supervisor

Job Description
Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 7am to 5pm daily (lunch break 45 mins and tea break 30 mins)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and support team in running of daily cafe operations
- Barista-trained and familiar with operating and maintaining semi-auto coffee machines and traditional coffee/tea beverages
- Responsible for ensuring quality and consistency of beverages and desserts served from the menu
- Maintaining hygiene standards of serving area
- Approachable personality to both cultivate positive work environment and interact with customers
- Able to manage cost and inventory, meeting sales targets
