Job Description

We are looking for a Barista Supervisor to lead and inspire our team of baristas in delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers.





Responsibilities



Supervise and support barista staff during shifts Ensure consistent quality of all beverages and food items Train new employees on coffee preparation and customer service Manage inventory and place orders for supplies as needed Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe Create staff schedules and manage shift coverage Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations Assist in developing and implementing new menu items Motivate and coach team members to achieve performance goals


Qualifications



Previous experience in a similar supervisory role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and commitment to quality * Customer-focused attitude
