to lead and oversee the daily operations of our cafe. The Barista Supervisor will supervise and motivate the barista team, ensure consistent quality of coffee and beverages, maintain excellent customer service, and support the manager in operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead the barista team in preparing and serving coffee and other beverages.
Monitor drink quality, presentation, and consistency to maintain brand standards.
Train and mentor new baristas in coffee preparation, latte art, customer service, and safety procedures.
Manage daily workflow, staff scheduling, and work assignments.
Assist in inventory management -- monitor and order coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe area and equipment maintenance.
Support sales goals by promoting new menu items or seasonal drinks.
* Provide reports and updates to the Cafe/Outlet Manager.
