Working Hour:About 58 hours per week, including break time
Working Day:5 working day(sat&sun willing to work)
Working Location:Bugis or Tanjong Pagar

Job Summary:
a. Handle and manage operations for the bar and outlet
b. Assist the Bar Manager to be responsible and accountable for bar inventory, bar misc en place, restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies; and ensuring proper communication and handover are done before your off day
c. Contribute ideas for beverage promotion and events
d. Take initiative to assist the Bar Manager and Restaurant Manager in daily operations for the outlet
e. Assist the Bar Manager in liaising with suppliers and partners
f. Meet and/or exceed monthly sales target by initiating new activities or practices
g. Maintain high standards of efficiency, production, productivity, quality and customer service
h. Maintain consistency of the beverage you produce
i. Train new and current Employees on proper product knowledge and customer service practices
j.Prepare coffee, cocktails in the bar + serve customers
k.At least have this experience as bartender
l.SPM & above are required
