Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Bid Manager with a proven track record of success to lead and coordinate design bids, tenders, and proposals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, excellent communication skills.





Jobs Responsibility:



Develop and implement bid/planning strategies to achieve business objectives Lead cross-functional bid teams, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions Analyze bid invitations, tender documents, and client requirements Coordinate with design teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders Develop and review bid content, including written responses, diagrams, and visual aids Ensure compliance with bid requirements, regulations, and company standards Manage bid timelines, milestones, and deadlines Coordinate bid submission, including documentation and electronic uploads Develop and deliver presentation materials for client meetings and interviews Develop and maintain bid knowledge management systems

Requirements

:


Minimum 5 years of bid management/planner experience in ID, main con company locally Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple bids simultaneously Strong understanding of design principles, practices, and regulations * Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
