Job Description

The candidate will be involved in selling BIM services (such as BIM modelling services) and digitalisation products (such as digitalisation platforms) in construction sector in Singapore

• The candidate should be familiar with Singapore construction industry.
• The candidate will be involved in selling BIM services (such as BIM modelling services) and digitalisation products (such as digitalisation platforms).
• The role is mainly to assist the Business Department in prospecting for new customers and bringing new sales opportunities
• Prospect potential customers using various direct methods such as cold calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
• In-depth knowledge on our BIM products as well as other BIM products in Singapore construction market while liaising with clients and would be advantageous.
• Prepare BIM service specifications for clients
• Prepare Weekly Reports on sales activity
• Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation
• Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
• Any other ad hoc tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Prefer with good knowledge in the construction industry, especially BIM/digital technology for contractors, consultants and building owner in Singapore
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Target-driven and proven self-starter with the ability to deliver targets in fast-paces.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Sense of urgency, confidence, perseverance, optimism, resilience, and the ability and desire to influence others
