Job Description

Your Key Responsibility

• Develop BMS business in Singapore. Able to sell and promote company diamond controls products and solutions to the Singapore Market.
• Together with technical team, provide customized BMS solutions based on Tridium N4 framework to win projects in Singapore. Prepare win-win sales and marketing presentation of Diamond Controls.
• Lead the Singapore Sales Team. Prepare tender, RFQ and bidding documentation. Submit win-win bids for projects.
• Strong understanding of Niagara BMS and basic know-how of programming the BMS (Tridium N4)
• Plan and manage the project from bidding, to receiving order, procurement, delivery of products, installations, T&C, training and project handover. Responsible for AP and AR of projects.
• Support the Project Manager, Site Engineer for the project, ensuring coordination with subcontractors to ensure successful delivery of each project milestone.
• Respond to building operation and technical enquiries from existing client (for past completed project)

Your Profile

• Degree in engineering related to automation and project management
• At least 8 years of experience
• Tridium Niagara AX/N4 certification will be preferred
• BACnet, LonWorks and MODbus protocols will be preferred
