Responsibilities:

To introduce our customers on the fit and features of our products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services.
To selling, restocking, and merchandising.
To provide high class customer service and to increase company\xe2\x80\x99s growth and revenue through sales maximization.
Build relationships with each customer and begin with the quality of their welcome when they walk into a store.
Achieve agreed business unit sales targets by effectively leading and developing a team
Perform merchandise control function and maintain required stock level.
Assist in brand campaigns, in-store promotions, pop-up events, and all ongoing brand activities.
Communicate with the management team with information regarding personnel, product, and procedures.

Requirements:

2-3 years of retail experience
Passionate about customer service & creating a great brand experience in our boutique
Team Player
Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month Schedule:
