Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION- To perform skin, body and/or hair analysis to customers- To provide valuable advices to customers in a professional manner and recommend suitable treatment packages to customers- To perform course treatments, not limited to skin, body or hair- To attend to incoming calls and arranging appointments- Meet branch sales quota.- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Department on the execution and evaluation of sales and promotion activities.- To handle of Service & Sales (S&S) orientated environment- To be able to provide and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales report of the branch- Handle customers feedback and service recovery.- Manage staff performance and discipline.- Other ad-hocs as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONS: - Must be graduate of any 4-year course- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant experience, in supervisory/managerial level.- Able to lead and manage a team- Candidate who has a beauty/spa certified certificate will be an advantage.- Required Skill(s): Face, Body, Slimming & Wellness consultation, Sales & Operations of Branch, Customer Service, Relationship building with customers- Good communications and interpersonal skills and service-oriented- Positive working attitude and cheerful personalityJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:

  • 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Baguio City, Benguet: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Aesthetic Field: 1 year (Preferred)
