Job Description

Responsible for planning and directs the day-to-day operations of the store/branch. Develops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies and marketing programs that increases sales and grow customer base.Key Results Area: People and Customers

  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff to customers (complaints, grievances, deviations, etc.)
  • Conducts personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and monitors direct reports to the required standard set by the Company.
  • Recruits, train, motivates, mentor and provide feedback to sales staff.
  • Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to direct reports.
  • Secure a scheduled meeting with direct reports to set expectations and goals.
  • Provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards and disciplinary actions with HR & Admin Dept. (HRAD)
Key Results Area: Financial and Cost Efficiency
  • Develops and plan effective sales plan to raise customer's pool, optimize store efficiency and optimize profitability.
  • Meet sales goals set by the Company.
  • Prepare and control store's budget for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
  • Analyze sales and make forecasts.
  • Develops client pushing and marketing leads.
  • Make business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable and defensible in accordance with organization policies and procedures.
Key Results Area: Process and Compliance
  • Maintains employee work schedules including assignments, job rotation, vacation and overtime scheduling as necessary.
  • Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the store.
  • Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
  • Ensures proper opening and closing of the retail location
  • Participates in inventory reconciliation and audits with Inventory Representative to report discrepancies.
  • Work closely with other Departments to achieve deliverable.
  • Responsible to supervise employees and impose disciplinary actions when warranted.
  • Responsible to initiate and conduct administrative investigations for violation in the Code of Conduct.
  • Ensures store's transactions are compliantly updated with receiving report.
  • Ensures computer transactions are inputted correctly.
  • Compliance to the Service Level Agreement and Code of Conduct.
  • Monitors store's employee's habitual tardiness/absenteeism to be reported to HRAD.
Job Requirements: Proven track record in operations planning, ability to motivate others and highly professional, strong persuasive ability, highly confident with good moral ascendancy, person of integrity, willingness to work on a flexible schedule, knowledgeable in financial management and analysis and very good decision-making and problem-solving skills.Key Skills: Management, interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills; computer skills involving time accounting, database, human resources, and scheduling software, analytical skills, excellent speaking and writing skills, math and budgeting skills.Education: Bachelor's in business management or a related fieldJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per monthBenefits:
