Job Description

  • Responsible for the attainment of daily, weekly and monthly branch service target
  • Ensures the quality of offered services to the clients
  • Supervises the completeness and accuracy of daily service report submitted by technicians to Branch Secretary
  • Assists with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Should be on top of every customer complaint before escalation to Head Office
  • Responsible for the attainment of daily, weekly and monthly branch sales target
  • Responsible for increasing and sustaining sales growth*Ensures that the branch is profitable
  • *Trains branch personnel on how to and what to sell
  • Responsible for requisition of needed branch personnel
  • Approves leave, overtime and official business filing of branch personnel
  • Accountable in performance evaluation of branch personnel
  • Ensures behavioral alignment through coaching, counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
