KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Develops, implements and executes strategic business and marketing plans for the branch to ensure continuity of business operations and attainment of set targets- Establishes productive and professional relationship with bank clients and the community it serves.- Responsible for the overall operations of the branch.ATTRIBUTES- Strong business acumen- Mature and confident- Ability to work under pressure- Fast paced, entrepreneurial and highly goal oriented- Strong interpersonal and effective customer relation skillsREQUIREMENTS- With extensive experience in sales and marketing, preferably gained from banking, lending institutions, finance and similar industries- With 4-year Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar business courses- With supervisory /managerial experienceJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:
