Co-develop all sales strategies and BTL activities with brand owners for the assigned brands to achieve the monthly sales targets
Work closely with the sales team to develop trade activities and ensure proper trade executions in the retail stores.
Plan brand campaigns, consumer and trade promotions for the assigned brands
Perform post-evaluation of the planned activities and provide insights and learnings for future activities
Prepare and analyze sales reports to monitor sales performance and identify gaps and opportunities to grow the assigned brands.
Responsible for monthly sales forecasting and inventory purchase to ensure healthy stocks level
Manage P&L and A&P budget for trade activities and review the figures on a monthly basis
Monitor competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities and current market trends
Lead external and internal business reviews independently
Manage and negotiate with both external and internal stakeholders to drive continuous growth for the brands
Brief external agencies on the marketing collaterals required, while adhering to brand\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines
Engage Sales, Principals, Retailers to develop sales and trade activations
Daily huddle with brand principals to ensure that all aspects of the business are well taken care
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields
Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in FMCG Industry.
